  • Service-related data: trading account number (when you request copy trading or EA installation), broker name, package selected.
  • Communication data: messages exchanged via our contact form, email, WhatsApp or Telegram.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, dates and times of visits.
  • Marketing data: preferences regarding our newsletters and promotional communications.

We do not store or have access to your broker password, banking credentials or card numbers.

3. How We Use Your Data

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To deliver the services you request (signals, copy trading, expert advisors, indicators, MQL development).
  • To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
  • To send service-related notifications (e.g. new signal channels, EA updates).
  • To send marketing communications, where you have given your consent.

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures (TLS encryption, access controls, regular audits) to protect your personal data. Despite our best efforts, no system is 100% secure — we encourage you to use a strong unique password for any account you create with us.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended exclusively for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 years of age. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, please contact us so we can delete it.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the latest revision was published.
