The rules that apply when you use the VUEAX Trading website and any of our paid services.

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website vueax.com and any service offered by Vueax Trading LLC ("VUEAX", "we", "us"). By using our website or purchasing a service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use our paid services you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence. Our services are not directed to residents of jurisdictions where retail forex trading is restricted.

3. Description of Services

  • Forex Signals — trade ideas (entry, stop-loss, take-profit) sent via Telegram and/or email.
  • Gold Signals — XAU/USD-focused trade ideas delivered the same way.
  • Copy Trading — automated replication of trades from our signal providers into your own broker account.
  • Expert Advisors (EAs) — automated trading software for MT4 / MT5 platforms.
  • Indicators — custom MT4 / MT5 indicators.
  • MQL Development — custom EA, indicator and panel coding.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Subscription prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) and are stated per package on the website.
  • Payment is collected upfront for the full subscription period (1, 3 or 6 months) and grants access for that period.
  • Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless explicitly stated.
  • All taxes, fees and charges levied by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.
  • Discounts displayed (e.g. 33% off on 3 and 6-month plans) are calculated against the equivalent monthly price.

5. Refund Policy

Because of the digital and immediately-accessible nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable once delivery has started, except where otherwise required by mandatory consumer law. If you have a billing problem, contact support@vueax.com within 14 days and we will review your case fairly.

6. Risk Disclosure

Trading foreign currencies, commodities and other leveraged instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for every investor.

  • You can lose part or all of your invested capital.
  • Past performance does not guarantee or imply future results.
  • Our signals, EAs and copy-trading strategies are informational tools — they are not a personal financial recommendation.
  • You are solely responsible for any trading decision made on the basis of our services.

We strongly recommend that you trade only with capital you can afford to lose and that you consult an independent financial advisor before opening a live account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, software, expert advisors, indicators and trading strategies — is the property of Vueax Trading LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, decompile or resell any of our products without our prior written consent.

8. Account Access and Conduct

You agree:

  • To provide accurate registration information.
  • To keep your access credentials (Telegram channel invite, EA licence file, etc.) confidential.
  • Not to share, leak or resell our paid signals, EAs or indicators in any form.
  • Not to use our services to operate any business or activity that violates applicable laws or broker terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to any user who breaches these Terms, without refund for the unused period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vueax Trading LLC, its directors and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from:

  • Trading losses resulting from following our signals, EAs or copy-trading services;
  • Slippage, broker re-quotes, server downtime or platform errors;
  • Delays in signal delivery caused by Telegram, email providers or other third parties;
  • Any use of our website or services in breach of these Terms.

Our aggregate liability under these Terms will, in any event, be limited to the amount you actually paid us for the service in the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Third-Party Services

Our website references third-party brokers, copy bridges and trading platforms. These are independent providers — we do not control and are not responsible for their products, fees, regulatory standing or terms of use.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the latest revision was published. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or our services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Warsaw, Poland — without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights to bring a case in the courts of your country of residence.
